Celebrating 4 Years

Thursday, my husband and I celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary! I feel like it should be 10 years, honestly. We've been through a lot together in such a short amount of time it seems. A lot of growing individually as people and together as a couple. And it's like what one of my married friends told me, "It's hard to even think you were ever with anyone else." So true.

We went to one of Ted's favorite restaurants at Utica Square called the Wild Fork. It was fancy-schmancy but they always have neat local art adorning their walls.

Lots of dinner shenanigans because I'm always a child and play with my food. Afterwards, we shopped around the Square and Ted took some outfit photos for me. He's starting to really like using the camera. Hallelujah! I didn't think that would ever happen and he's actually getting pretty good. This is the dress that I wore for my runway debut at the RAW: Tulsa show.

It wouldn't be complete without a few jumping pictures, of course. We then went to Pinot's Palette, which recently opened right on our street, so we got to take a nice little stroll there from our house. It was pretty fun. An instructor was there to teach everyone how to paint a particular picture step-by-step (that helped Ted a lot ;) & you can order wine at the bar anytime. Great concept, right?! Wish I had thought of that.

I had the best time with my husband. I love that he likes to try out new things with/for me. We are so different that we have to remember to allow each other to pull ourselves out of our own little box sometimes. I think it really helps to keep our relationship new, different, and ever-evolving. I can't wait to see what the next year brings us! xo
